1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ComicElf App ("Service"), provided by Hong Kong Elf Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the Company the monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription fees indicated. Payments will be charged to your preferred payment method on a recurring basis via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing).
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings or respective app store settings.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information. You must not share your account credentials with third parties. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Service, including but not limited to manga, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Hong Kong Elf Network Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Refund & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully. It governs our refund procedures to ensure compliance with digital goods standards and payment processor guidelines.
1. Nature of Digital Goods
ComicElf App provides access to digital content (manga chapters). Due to the nature of digital goods, which are consumed immediately upon access, all sales and subscription payments are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been accessed or content downloaded.
2. Eligible Exceptions for Refunds
We recognize that exceptions occur. We will issue a refund only under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Billing Error: If our system or our payment processor (Stripe) erroneously charges you multiple times for the same billing cycle.
- Extended Server Outage: If our primary servers are entirely inaccessible, preventing any reading or downloading capability for a continuous period exceeding 48 hours.
- Fraudulent Charges: If a charge was made fraudulently using your card. In such cases, we strongly advise you to contact us immediately before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as we can resolve this faster internally.
3. Dispute Prevention Policy
We are committed to resolving billing issues amicably. Before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company or bank, you must contact our support team at whuahao@outlook.com. Initiating an invalid chargeback is considered a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible exceptions, email whuahao@outlook.com with:
- Your account email address.
- Date and amount of the charge.
- A clear explanation of the issue (e.g., screenshot of duplicate charge).
Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days. If approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method (typically taking 5-10 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank).
